Doclair is a legal intake platform (software, self-serve). Legal requests from the business land in one queue. Routine requests are answered from the company's own playbooks and past contracts. The rest are routed to a lawyer with context attached. Doclair sits alongside an existing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool. It does not replace one.

Built for in-house legal teams of one to three people at companies of 50 to 500 people.

## Plans

### Standard

- Price: $349 per legal seat per month (USD).
- Annual billing: 2 months free, i.e. 10 months' price for 12 months of use ($3,490 per seat per year).
- Billing options: monthly or annual.
- No tiers, no AI usage caps, no add-ons.

### Enterprise

- Price: custom.
- For larger legal teams or specific requirements: custom contract terms and a DPA, security review and questionnaires, custom integrations and workflows, data hosting in a required region, volume pricing, and invoicing, PO and procurement requirements.

## What a seat is

A seat is one person doing legal work in Doclair: a lawyer or legal team member who works the request queue, reviews answers, and handles routed requests. Only these people need a paid seat.

## Requesters are free and unlimited

Anyone in the business can send a legal request to Doclair (for example from Slack or email) at no cost. There is no limit on the number of requesters. Example: 200 people sending requests cost $0. Cost scales only with the number of legal seats.

## Cancellation and terms

- Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no lock-in.
- Annual plans: 2 months free, no minimum term beyond the year you choose.

## Data and AI

- Customer contracts and playbooks are used only to answer that customer's team's questions.
- Doclair does not train AI models on customer documents.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
